What We Provide…
At Expicare Nursing Agency, we can provide the next level of care for you or a loved your loved one right in your home. In-home care allows aging adults and elderly loved ones to get the help they need without giving up independence and leaving familiar surroundings.
When having a family member provide care isn’t enough to meet the medical needs of a beloved senior relative, we can help. Our in-home nurses provide loved ones the top-notch level of care they need and deserve—not in a nursing facility or hospital—but in the comfort and safety of their home.
Services We Offer…
Our in-home elder care nurses can provide individualized medical care. They carry registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) credentials, and are compassionate healthcare professionals. Through providing advanced care and working with family members and physicians, in-home nurses can offer a wide range of advantages. Our in-home nurses at Expicare can provide personalized and customized care in a familiar and comforting environment.
Just like nurses working in a hospital setting, home health nurses can tackle a wide variety of job duties. In-home elder care nurses also need to report back to their employers and maintain up-to-date medical records for their patients. Our RNs and LPNs can perform the following medical tasks and perhaps more:
- Colostomy care
- Urinary catheter maintenance
- Administering medications including these:
- Eye drops
- Oral medications
- Topical medications
- Setting up and managing a medication schedule; organizing pillboxes and automatic dispensers
- Personal medical care including these: oral and dental cleaning, nail trimming, and bowel program supervision
- Tracking oxygen levels; maintaining heart monitors or other in-home equipment
- Providing advanced care training for family caregivers
